I'm not sure where to begin. In the past, I've had some rather unremarkable experiences with realtors. In fact, I sold my own home last time because of that.
I met Toni and her husband completely randomly, at a local establishment watching football. We struck up a conversation during which I learned that was a realtor. Not only a realtor, but also a licensed interior designer AND a licensed architect! Not long after that, we enlisted Toni’s services in finding us a property.
I have to say that Toni has completely erased all the bad experiences with realtors I’ve had. She is the most thorough and thoughtful realtor (and person) one could hope for. She planned itineraries for our property hunting, printed out packets for each house so we could jot down our thoughts, brought us snacks at water, and helped us evaluate each property.
When it came down to making an offer, Toni knew exactly how to “play our hand” and put in the best offer and how to negotiate like a shark. I cannot praise her abilities highly enough. As long as Toni is a realtor in our area, she’s OUR realtor. But…..I don’t mind sharing her with you.
